Payment Information

Moon Song OT is a private-pay practice and does not work directly with insurance. Many families may use HSA/ FSA funds or submit a superbill for potential reimbursement.

If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider.

Please contact your insurance company to learn more about your out-of-network therapy benefits and possible reimbursement.
