About Sarah

Sarah Zelnik, MS, OTR/L

Hello there! I’m Sarah, a dedicated pediatric occupational therapist here to support babies and littles! I am a South Jersey based mom of 2, and an OT-feeding specialist, passionate about a whole body, relationship-driven approach to all things feeding, play, and movement!

After earning my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in 2020, I have worked exclusively with young children and families for the last 6 years.

As a parent to one NICU graduate and one tongue tied baby, I know how unique each child’s needs can be through feeding, development, and beyond. I am a lifelong learner, both through my commitment to high quality specialized trainings, as well as on the parent side of things, always adapting.

Why “Moon Song”?

Moon song is named for my first baby. Starting at birth, we have always sang the moon song at bedtime. It signals time for rest - we sing with long exhales, co-regulating and connecting each night.

I see the moon, the moon sees me

Down through the leaves of the old oak tree

Please let the light that shines on me

Shine on the one I love

Over the mountains

Over the sea

Back where my heart is longing to be

Please let the light that shines on me

Shine on the one I love
